“Joanne patiently listened to our requirements for a holiday in thailand. She came up with mutiple options and diferent price breaks we were allowed to tailor our holiday to get exactly what we wanted even at the end she helped upgrade the rooms and made effort to make the flights work for our trip, saving us valuable time on the holiday. Very impresseed from start to finish, and could not have done this without her help. Thank you. We will recomend your services and will use you again.”

“We have used Joanne to book several holidays and the service she has provided is second to none. Joanne is a pleasure to deal with, so professional and makes the booking process so simple. Nothing is ever a problem and Joanne is always there to answer any questions or to give advice. Each holiday we have booked through Joanne has been seamless and we basically just have to turn up at the airport! We have recommended Joanne to many friends who have also booked with her and have had the same top class experience. Joanne is lovely lady who is excellent at what she does.”

“I find joanne not only helpful and pleasant but extremely knowledgeable. After having booked a number of times with her she now knows the type of holiday and accommodation we prefer and always has plenty suggestions and recommendations. Her attention to detail is first class as she checks in on you all the time to take any stress out of the preparation for holiday. When you get home she checks in to make sure everything was good and as it should be. She’s always my first port of call and I have no hesitation in recommending her to friends and family.”
